DISKSTUF.DLL is to be placed in the WINDOWS directory.
THREED.VBX is to be placed in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

Self explainatory really. Use the drive selector to change to another drive, the stats will appear in the two display panels.  Reading Floppy disks and CD-ROMS are slower so just be pacient. (is that spelt right?).  Pressing the RIGHT mouse button on the grey backgroung will bring up a menu.
